  • Fulfill the rights requirements for projects, making use of such opportunities as Preferred Sourcing, 3-Tier Rights Framework, and rightsholder negotiation to drive quality, cost and process efficiency and sound rights/risk practices Learn and work effectively with Rights Management tools: IPM and Blueprint and Tableau, Pearsons core RP systems Manage and meet all rights management milestones for projects, engaging business teams and vendors over the entire content development/production workflow (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
